Michelle is an osteopathic practitioner and lactation consultant with a special interest in maternity and pediatric care. She completed a 4.5-year program at the Canadian School of Osteopathy Manual Practice in Vancouver and takes a holistic, hands-on approach to identifying and addressing the root causes of pain and dysfunction, helping clients restore balance and mobility.

With a background in nursing and years of experience supporting families, Michelle was drawn to osteopathy after personally experiencing its benefits. She now focuses on supporting the body’s natural ability to heal, using gentle techniques to release tension, improve movement, and optimize overall function.

Her treatments may include joint mobilization, myofascial and visceral techniques, craniosacral therapy, and other hands-on methods tailored to each client’s needs. Whether working with newborns, supporting postpartum recovery, or addressing chronic pain and postural imbalances, Michelle is dedicated to helping clients feel and function at their best.

Ericka has been drawn to massage therapy and alternative healing modalities since she was young. She has always been gifted with intuitive touch, and her desire to help others has allowed her to find passion for her work. Ericka practices with intention to treat every body individually, and to explore what could be limiting her clients to help create a specific treatment plan to accomplish both client and therapist goals. Her approach during treatment enables her to clinically assess soft tissue, bone, ligaments, fascia and more, then integrate the clinical findings to create a treatment that is individualized, and effective for each and every client. In her spare time, Ericka enjoys re-energizing in nature, she loves biking, playing disc golf, swimming, as well as expressing her creative side with singing, dancing, and Aerial Silks. Ericka is a feline enthusiast, and will never pass up an opportunity to pet a cat. Ericka has only been in the Kootenays for a few years, originally coming from Manitoba. As she weaves herself into the fabric of this community, Ericka eagerly anticipates contributing her utmost to the well-being of those around her. With a heart full of enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence, she stands ready to provide a level of service that reflects her passion for her vocation, augmented by her profound knowledge of the mind, body and soul.

Ashlin is an RMT student and bodyworker focused on helping clients feel more at ease in their bodies.

With a background in personal training, she brings a strong understanding of movement and physical conditioning. Her treatments blend relaxation and fascial-based work to reduce tension and support overall well-being.

She aims to help clients better understand their bodies and feel more confident in how they move, rest, and recover.
